FOCUS ON DITYBOX.
Ditybox is the heart of the Dityspray system. It is the box that holds the product bags.
SAFETY THROUGH COMPRESSED AIR
Ditybox is not constantly under pressure and when it is, it is thanks to compressed air. Completely secure, this box has resistance characteristics that meet industrial needs and frequent use.
CONSUMPTION FOLLOW UP
Transparent, it allows to constantly visualize the packaged product and its filling level.
EASY PRESSURISATION
Once the product bag is inserted into the box, the system is hermetically closed with a nut. Then, it is the end user who brings the pressurization, thanks to a valve at the bottom of the case. The operating pressure is 8 bar. No risk of explosion thanks to an air leakage system!
NO MORE SINGLE USE
Its strength lies in its reusability: the same equipment can be used to spray, diffuse or deposit all types of products. Mutualize the box to reduce the packaging to buy, store, use and throw away!
FOCUS ON DITYBAG
This flexible plastic bag can hold different types of products that you offer in your range. Degreaser, oil, cleaner, grease…
➡️ A NEW PACKAGING, EASY TO PACK
Filling a Ditybag is as easy as filling a water bottle! Simply fill the desired 250 ml of product from the top of the bag.
The chosen laminate is resistant to contact with the products, but also to drops or pressure in the box. An aluminum Ditybag is also available for UV sensitive products.
➡️ THE PRODUCT, NOTHING BUT THE PRODUCT
The packaged product is pure. Once packed, the product remains airtight in the Ditybag. No contact with the air. The box is not contaminated.
The restitution rate of a Ditybag is at least 95%, whether the products are liquid or viscous.
➡️ A BULK PRODUCT… UNDER PRESSURE
Ditybag, unlike aerosols for example, are not under pressure. Therefore, your products can be transported, stored and used much more easily. It is finally the meeting of the bulk product and aerosol technology, keeping the advantage of aerosol spraying but without its constraints. Remove the pictogram linked to the use of flammable propellant from your labels!

An empty Ditybag, before packaging, is 11 times smaller than an empty aerosol.
A full Ditybag is half the size of a full aerosol can.
An empty Ditybag, after use, is 4 times smaller than a full aerosol.
FOCUS ON DITYBASE
Your Ditybag is now in the Ditybox. All that’s left to do is to supply it with compressed air.
For this purpose, we have designed two inflation bases to be connected to the compressed air networks.

The inflation bases, once connected to the air network, allow the easy and quick pressurisation of Ditybox: the system is therefore operational in a few seconds.

There are two Ditybases available.
Ditybase is a economical and easy to use trigger.
Ditybase + is an inflation base, equipped with a pressure gauge for a rise to 8 bars in a few seconds.
A decompression pin is also provided to empty the air from your Ditybox, so you can change your Ditybag.

Ditypump is a suitcase equipped with a compressor for autonomous access to compressed air, a Ditybox and up to four Ditybags!
A charged battery allows for approximately 27 Ditybox recharges. It can be recharged from the mains or from a cigarette lighter.
